Our aim is for all our products to reach you in good condition, if you have received any damaged, faulty good(s) or received an incorrect order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery date and we'll be happy to assist you.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty. In instances where item(s) ordered are out of stock, we will provide refunds for these items which will be credited to your original payment method.
If you have received a damaged item(s) and we have available stock for the item, we may offer a replacement. For quality control purposes, any requests to replace an item will require the product to be returned to us for inspection. Once the item(s) has been inspected and deemed faulty/damaged, the customer service team will proceed to rectify your concern.
Online purchases can only be returned via courier, physical stores are not able to accept returns. Please allow 14 days for your return to be received and processed.
